We collect personal data from coaches or candidates interested in finding a job opportunity in the racquet sports industry, as well as from representatives or contact persons of sports clubs or institutions interested in hiring coaches. We collect personal information directly from the interested parties themselves and indirectly from third parties from whom, in certain processes, we ask for references to corroborate the information collected. The type of personal information we collect depends on the nature of our relationship with you (candidate or coach), but in all cases the categories are detailed below. You should note that if you do not provide us with certain personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the Services.
2.2. Racquet-Link collects personal information about the following categories of individuals:
(a) individuals interested in employment opportunities (Candidates - Coaches)
(b) legal or business representatives of sports clubs interested in hiring tennis/padel coaches (Sports Club Representatives)
2.3. CANDIDATES
The categories of personal information we collect from or about candidates include:
(a) Contact information: such as title, name, address, phone number, email address, job title.
(b) Basic information: such as the date of birth, age, marital status, interests, preferences, and favorites.
(c) Professional information: such as professional credentials, educational and professional history, and institutional affiliations.
(d) Communications data: such as information you provide in emails, phone calls, market research surveys or other correspondence with Racquet-Link or its service providers or business partners.
(e) Athletic resume, professional resume, presentation videos, profile pictures, on-court skill videos.
2.4. SPORTS CLUB REPRESENTATIVES
The categories of information we collect from or about Sports Club Representatives include:
(a) Contact information: such as title, name, address, telephone number, email address, job title, and organization name.
(b) Basic information: such as your start date, age, marital status, interests, preferences, favorites, location, sports and facility information.
(c) Registration information: such as details relating to a service or event for which you are registering or attending, including conferences and events.
(d) Communications data: such as information you provide in emails, phone calls, market research surveys or other correspondence with Racquet-Link or its service providers or business partners.

4.1. SERVICE PROVIDERS
(a) Racquet-Link shares personal information with our service providers, including:
(i) Data storage and analytics providers;
(ii) technology services and support (including email and web hosting providers, marketing and advertising technology providers, and email communications providers); and
(iii) event planning organizations that help facilitate company programs.
(b) The legal basis for sharing such information is our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business efficiently. Racquet-Link has entered into appropriate agreements with service providers that prohibit them from using or disclosing your personal information except as authorized.
4.2. SPORTS CLUB REPRESENTATIVES
We share personal information with clubs once the selection process has progressed and a cooperation agreement has been signed between Racquet-Link and the club. Therefore, a professional relationship has been established. This personal information is necessary for the clubs to make a decision and to analyze the profile of each proposed user. Each registered user is aware that he/she is sharing his/her data in order to find job opportunities in different clubs or sports centers. In order to qualify for such an opportunity, the club must see the personal information in the profile in order to arrange an interview.
4.3. OTHER THIRD PARTIES
We may disclose information about you to other third parties, such as governmental and regulatory bodies (e.g., tax authorities), social security authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and outside advisors acting as controllers (e.g., lawyers, accountants, auditors, etc.). Such transfers are made to comply with our legal obligations and for the legitimate purposes of Racquet-Link S.L. or a third party to ensure the protection of the rights and property of Racquet-Link S.L. and others, including:
(a) if we are required to do so by law, court order or legal process; or
(b) in response to lawful requests by governmental authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; or
(c) to enforce Racquet-Link S.L.'s policies or contracts; or
(d) to collect amounts due to Racquet-Link S.L., or

We are committed to deleting and destroying your personal information when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected and when the statute of limitations for any applicable legal action has expired.
