With over 5 years of proven experience and high-level playing credentials, you will be responsible for recruiting and mentoring local and international coaches, standardizing training methodologies, and overseeing the strategic direction of the academy. Your role involves organizing tournaments, clinics, and community programs, as well as ensuring that the coaching team aligns with the club’s philosophy and service standards.
