The type of personal data we collect depends on the nature of our relationship with you (candidate or coach). If you do not provide certain personal data, we may not be able to offer you our Services.

Racquet-Link collects personal information from the following categories of individuals:

  • (a) Individuals interested in job opportunities (Candidates – Coaches)

  • (b) Legal or business representatives of sports clubs interested in hiring tennis coaches (Club Representatives)

We collect the following categories of personal data from or about candidates:

  • (a) Contact information: such as title, name, address, phone number, email, job title.

  • (b) Basic information: such as date of birth, age, marital status, interests, preferences, and favorites.

  • (c) Professional information: such as credentials, educational and employment history, institutional affiliations.

  • (d) Communication data: including information you provide in emails, phone calls, market research surveys, or other correspondence.

  • (e) Sports CV, professional CV, introduction videos, profile images, videos showcasing on-court playing level.

2.4. CLUB REPRESENTATIVES

We collect the following categories of personal data from or about club representatives:

  • (a) Contact information: such as title, name, address, phone number, email, job title, and organization name.

  • (b) Basic information: such as founding date, age, marital status, interests, preferences, favorites, location, and facilities information.

  • (c) Registration data: including details related to any event or service registration or attendance.

  • (d) Communication data: including information provided via email, phone calls, market research surveys, or other correspondence.
