Website Purpose and Services
The Company Website is designed to bridge Talent and Opportunity:
Recruitment Service: The website is used to attract and recruit coaches, analyze and categorize their profiles using Racquet-Link's methodology, and identify matching job opportunities.
Opportunity Detection: Clubs and sports centers can create a profile, upload information, and post confidential job openings. Racquet-Link will analyze these and connect them with suitable candidates.
Consulting Service: The site serves as a contact channel for consulting projects. Racquet-Link will assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
Events and Clinics: The website serves as a communication channel for event opportunities and collaboration on external or internal projects, including clinics with players or coaches.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
Racquet-Link S.L. does not guarantee that every candidate who registers will be offered a job. We commit to making our best effort when candidates provide the necessary support to promote their profile. However, we do not guarantee employment within a short time.
Similarly, Racquet-Link S.L. does not guarantee that every job posted by clubs will be filled quickly. The club must provide the necessary information for collaboration, and any employment contract will be directly between the club and the candidate. Racquet-Link only formalizes agreements with candidates in the event of providing extra support services.
Intellectual Property and Restrictions
The Company retains all rights to the Company Website. Unless explicitly permitted, you agree not to reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or distribute any material from the Company Website without express written authorization. Framing any part of the website is strictly prohibited.
