One of the most ambitious padel projects currently under development in Athens is looking for a Head Coach to lead and represent the academy. The ideal candidate must have more than 8 years of experience in high-level projects and/or academies, a high playing level, and a strong reputation within the padel world. This role goes beyond on-court coaching, involving the design and implementation of the academy methodology, team building, event organisation, sponsorship development, clinics, and communication with members. A proactive mindset, excellent English, official coaching certification, and experience in tennis are required. This is a unique opportunity to become the visible face of a flagship padel project.
