What we use
Racquet-Link S.L., tax ID B56667231, uses cookies and similar browser storage to deliver the service and remember preferences. Contact: info@racquet-link.com. Preferences apply to this browser and domain; another device or subdomain may require a new choice.
Necessary functions remain available if you reject optional services. Analytics and external players stay blocked until an affirmative choice. Open “Privacy settings” in the website footer to accept, reject or withdraw permission. Continuing to browse is not acceptance.
Necessary storage
• sb-…-auth-token and possible Supabase fragments or verification values: authentication and session renewal. Duration depends on the access flow and session; values are removed or replaced on sign-out or credential renewal. These are not advertising cookies.
• rl_private_access: authorised access during the private launch period. Cookie lasting up to 30 days.
• lang: chosen language. Cookie lasting up to one year.
• rl_consent: accepted or rejected categories, version and choice date. Cookie lasting 180 days, without automatic renewal when browsing.
• admin_coaches_view: the team’s chosen coach-table view. Cookie lasting up to one year.
• rl_view_as and rl-admin-return: authorised team viewing functions. Last up to 4 and 12 hours respectively, and are removed when leaving the corresponding mode.
• Local navigation, board, assistant and onboarding preferences: local storage remembering a choice or completed step. Persists until changed or site storage is cleared; profile state may also be stored on the server.
Optional analytics
Only with your permission, we record public page visits and clicks to improve the website. We do not measure navigation inside coach, club or admin portals, or access, registration and recovery screens. This system does not collect form values, button text, link parameters or profile information.
• rl:uid:v2: random localStorage identifier expiring within 180 days, without renewal on each visit.
• rl:sid: random sessionStorage identifier lasting for the tab session.
Identifiers distinguish browsers and sessions and are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity. Events include grouped pages, click type, language and screen category. The analytics table does not store IP addresses, although servers necessarily process technical information to handle connections. Events are retained for up to 180 days and deleted by a daily task. Data is processed for Racquet-Link using Supabase and Vercel.
Withdrawing consent stops new events and removes analytics identifiers from this browser. It does not automatically erase events already received; you may request information or exercise rights through the privacy contact.
Optional external content
YouTube (Google), Google Drive, Vimeo and Instagram (Meta) players are not mounted until you allow this category. Providers may receive IP and connection information and use their own cookies depending on the service, your account session and their configuration. Article video links open explicitly outside the website.
See Google’s policy (policies.google.com/privacy), Vimeo’s policy (vimeo.com/privacy) and Meta’s policy (privacycenter.instagram.com/policy). Their cookies, purposes and durations depend on the provider and may change. Withdrawing this category unmounts players; we cannot remove cookies already set by a third party on its own domain. You can manage them in your browser or the relevant service.
A platform-hosted file is not external content simply because it is a video. Calendly and the public Mailchimp form open or submit to the provider when you choose to use them. External destinations have their own policies.
More information and control
Newsletter consent is separate: accepting cookies does not subscribe you. See the privacy policy for recipients, international transfers and rights.
You can clear or block storage in your browser; blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or remembering your choice. We ask again when purposes change or the preference expires. Rejecting is as accessible as accepting.
