Controller and contact
Racquet-Link S.L., tax ID B56667231, registered at Calle Alcalá 128, Oficina 3, Escalera interior, controls the processing of candidate, club representative and contact data. For privacy enquiries and rights requests: info@racquet-link.com.
This notice covers the website, coach and club portals and recruitment operations managed by our team. The services are intended for people aged 18 or over.
Data and sources
We process information you provide when registering, completing a profile, making an enquiry or participating in recruitment: identity and contact details, location, date of birth, nationality, sports, languages, experience, education, qualifications, availability and professional preferences; CVs, photographs, videos and documents you supply; applications, agreements and communications. For clubs, this also includes representatives, facilities, roles and job conditions.
We may add professional information provided during interviews, references supplied for a process, team notes and records from Racquet-Link’s previous archive. Where calls are recorded or transcribed, participants must be informed of the recording and its purpose beforehand.
We also process access, security, administrative activity and email delivery records. Optional analytics uses random browser identifiers, grouped pages and clicks, as explained in the cookie policy. We do not need passwords for other services, health information or information about unrelated third parties: avoid including these in documents or comments.
Purposes and legal bases

Required fields are necessary for the corresponding request. Other information can be completed later, although the information available affects profile assessment and access to some functions.
AI and human review
We use OpenAI tools to extract and summarise CVs and notes, draft candidate previews, support comparisons between profiles and vacancies, translate content and answer internal team questions about processes and data they can access. Information needed for a task is transmitted and may include personal and professional data from profiles or interviews.
These outputs are suggestions and can contain errors. The team must review presentations and recommendations before using them in recruitment decisions. No job is awarded and no person is rejected solely on an AI recommendation. You can request human review and correction of inaccurate information at info@racquet-link.com.
Automatic profile-completion calculations show missing information and enable functions; they are not suitability assessments or a guarantee of employment. Assisted comparison of professional characteristics may constitute profiling even though people make recruitment decisions.
Recipients and providers
Authorised staff access data according to their responsibilities. Relevant professional information is presented to clubs participating in a process; clubs must use it to evaluate the application, not for unrelated purposes. When a club processes information for its own hiring, it does so under its own responsibility and must inform you about that processing. Published vacancies may show club and role information.
The platform uses Supabase for the database, authentication and files; Vercel for hosting and execution; Resend for service emails; OpenAI for AI features; and Mailchimp for the newsletter. Vítrea Studio provides technical support. Imported records may originate from the previous working archive in Notion. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Booking links lead to Calendly. Linked videos and materials may be hosted by YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo or Instagram. Identified external players load after you allow external content; opening a link outside the platform is subject to the provider’s privacy information. See our cookie policy as well.
International processing
Some providers and recipient clubs are outside the European Economic Area. Applicable arrangements depend on the provider, service and destination. Where relevant, transfers require an adequacy decision or other safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, such as standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures. You may request information about destinations and safeguards applicable to your process at info@racquet-link.com. A database located in Europe does not mean every associated service operates exclusively in Europe.
Retention
We retain profiles and recruitment records while needed to manage the relationship and ongoing processes. You can request closure or erasure; information needed for legal obligations or potential claims will be restricted to that purpose for the applicable periods. The need to retain inactive applications must be reviewed according to the process.
Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. Minimum information may be retained to respect the opt-out and demonstrate preferences. A daily task deletes first-party analytics events older than 180 days. Browser preferences are stored for 180 days and analytics identifiers have a limited lifetime; details are in the cookie policy.
Backup, technical log and external-service retention also depends on provider terms. You may request the criteria applicable to your information.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact info@racquet-link.com with your request. Additional identification will only be requested where necessary to verify it.
You can unsubscribe through newsletter emails. Verification, security and recruitment-process messages are separate from marketing; withdrawing newsletter consent does not close your account. You may ask the team to change your communications or discontinue your participation in a process.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the competent supervisory authority. Requests are handled within GDPR time limits, normally one month, with justified extensions as provided by the regulation.
Changes
We publish the date and version of revisions here. Where required, we will provide additional information or request renewed consent. Updating this notice does not turn an earlier preference into permission for new purposes.
