Terms of use

Last updated: 8 September 2026.

Operator and scope

Racquet-Link S.L., tax ID B56667231, registered at Calle Alcalá 128, Oficina 3, Escalera interior, operates this website and the coach and club portals. Contact: info@racquet-link.com.

These terms govern platform use. Signed collaboration agreements and commercial terms for a service or process are governed by their own provisions; this page does not introduce or change fees, commissions or hiring commitments.

Accounts and service use

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. Provide accurate, current information and ensure you are authorised to represent a club if acting on its behalf. Keep credentials private and report unauthorised access.

Coaches may complete profiles, provide documents and participate in applications. Clubs may describe their needs, manage vacancies and review presented candidates. Some functions depend on profile completion, process status and account permissions.

Unauthorised access, bypassing access controls, extracting databases, submitting unlawful or malicious content and disrupting the service are prohibited. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse, respecting applicable rights and agreements.

Recruitment and vacancies

Racquet-Link connects coaches and clubs and supports recruitment. Registration, profile completion, recommendations and applications do not guarantee employment, candidates, closing times or particular employment conditions.

Vacancies may be public or restricted according to their status. Clubs must keep their information and conditions current. Employment contracts are between the club and candidate, not Racquet-Link, unless expressly agreed otherwise for another service.

Documents and agreements requiring acceptance or signature are presented during the relevant process. Vacancy conditions should be checked before making commitments.

AI and profile information

AI supports the team with drafts, summaries, translations and recommendations. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and require human review before use in recruitment. You can report errors and request team review. The privacy policy explains associated data processing.

Content and confidentiality

You retain your rights in your CV, photographs, videos and other content. Providing content authorises its storage, processing and presentation to the extent necessary for the requested service, under the privacy policy and applicable agreements. Uploading it does not require a complete transfer of ownership or provide permission to use it in advertising.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to share materials, including images of other people. Do not provide information unrelated to the process or that you are not authorised to disclose.

Clubs and team members accessing applications must keep them confidential and use them solely for the authorised process. CVs and videos must not be redistributed or used for marketing without a valid basis and any required permission.

Rights in the website, brand, software and original materials belong to their respective owners. Platform access does not transfer those rights.

External services and communications

Links to Calendly, social networks, videos and other external services are also subject to their terms. Privacy preferences control integrated external players. The newsletter is optional and can be cancelled without closing the account.

Availability, closure and changes

We work to maintain availability, but maintenance or incidents may interrupt service. You may request account closure and consult the privacy policy about subsequent data processing; closing an account does not extinguish commitments in separate agreements.

Revisions are identified by date. Substantial changes affecting an ongoing relationship will be communicated where required; they do not retroactively alter signed agreements or acquired rights.

Law and enquiries

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory user rights and applicable jurisdiction rules. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For enquiries, incidents or complaints: info@racquet-link.com.
