What is Racquet-Link?

Racquet-Link is a project born from a passion for racquet sports and the determination of a team with a clear purpose: identifying opportunities in the industry and connecting qualified professionals with projects that require their expertise and dedication. At Racquet-Link, we act as specialist headhunters in the tennis and padel sectors, streamlining processes, saving time and resources, and adding value for both clubs and coaches. We also offer additional services such as ad hoc consultancy for clubs, career management for coaches and event organisation, among others.

Who should register with Racquet-Link?

Anyone with a professional connection to tennis, padel or pickleball. As registration is free, whether you are a club or a coach, you gain access to a fully confidential ecosystem where you can connect with potential talent or opportunities. Coaches who register will have an additional opportunity to find a job that matches their current needs. For clubs and sports centres, Racquet-Link will be the perfect partner for finding the best racquet-sports talent for their facilities.

Registration process:

Through our website, you can access two registration processes: one for “Coaches” and another for “Clubs”. For Coaches, the questionnaire used to create your unique profile can be completed in under five minutes. It should be completed carefully and in detail, as it will serve as a cover letter that our team will review to identify a suitable offer. For Clubs, each organisation can create its profile in under three minutes, highlighting confidential needs and job opportunities with the aim of connecting with the best talent.

Who is behind Racquet-Link?

Behind this exciting project is our passionate team, led by Marina Martí and Álvaro González de Castejón. With our lives closely intertwined with racquet sports, we decided to venture into the business world, leaving behind years of experience at leading companies such as Amazon and All For Padel (adidas pádel). Joining us from the very beginning is Javier Martí, a former professional tennis and padel player and current professional coach on the ATP and WTA circuits.
