As Head Tennis Pro, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day management and development of a tennis venue, combining on-court coaching with team leadership, program management and business development. You will lead and mentor the coaching team, oversee junior, adult and performance programs, maintain high coaching standards, support player retention and customer experience, and help drive participation and growth across the venue. The role also involves managing coaching schedules, supporting recruitment and coach development, coordinating with the marketing team and contributing to the overall operation and continued growth of the tennis centre.
