Padel Head Coach
The hiring company is an established organisation that will manage several sports centres across Abu Dhabi and is developing an ambitious padel project. They are looking for a Padel Head Coach to lead and coordinate the sporting side of the project, ensuring a consistent methodology and high coaching standards across all locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the coaching team, organising the weekly operation and overseeing programmes for players of different ages and levels, including school students, children, junior players and adults. The role will also involve actively developing community programmes, activations, social play, clinics, competitions, tournaments and other company-led initiatives. This position is particularly suited to an experienced leader who can develop the coaching team, represent the project when working with sports centres and partners, and drive player growth, participation and retention.
