The hiring company is an established organisation that will manage several sports centres across Abu Dhabi and is developing an ambitious padel project. They are looking for a Padel Coach whose work will be primarily focused on children and junior players, delivering high-quality coaching sessions adapted to different ages and skill levels. The coach will be responsible for preparing and delivering sessions according to the established methodology, tracking student attendance and development, and actively contributing to participant acquisition and retention. The role will also involve taking part in competitions, clinics, and other programme activities, as part of a team focused on developing padel from an early age and growing the project across the different locations.
