The hiring company is an established organisation that will manage several sports centres across Abu Dhabi and is developing an ambitious padel project. They are looking for a Padel Coach to deliver high-quality coaching sessions to players of different ages and levels, including children, junior players, adults, social players and more advanced players. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering sessions in line with the established methodology, monitoring participant attendance and development, and actively contributing to player acquisition and retention. The role will also involve supporting school and community programmes, activations, social play, clinics, competitions, tournaments and other initiatives delivered by the company across its different locations. They are looking for a dynamic and communicative coach who can provide a high-quality experience both on and off the court.
