The ideal candidate has a strong background as a padel coach, while tennis experience is considered a highly valuable asset. The position is available immediately, with an initial trial period followed by a long-term collaboration. Beyond delivering high-quality lessons, the successful candidate will be expected to engage actively with members, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of the club’s racquet programs. Responsibilities will include delivering private and semi-private lessons, leading group and match-play sessions, and developing engaging programs for juniors and adults, with the possibility of also supporting tennis activities. The candidate will play an important role in building a loyal player base, generating new lesson opportunities, and maintaining a stable schedule. They will also participate in events, tournaments, and social activities, and propose new initiatives based on demand.
