What is Racquet-Link?

It´s a project born out of the passion for racquet sports and the determination of a team with a clear purpose: to identify opportunities in the industry and connect qualified professionals with projects that require their expertise and dedication. At Racquet-Link, we act as headhunters with expertise in the tennis and padel categories, streamlining processes, saving time and resources and adding value to both parties, the clubs and coaches. We offer additional services such as ad-hoc consulting for clubs, career management for coaches, event organization, among others.

Who Should Register on Racquet-Link?

Anyone with a professional connection to tennis, padel or pickleball. As registration is free, whether you are a club or a coach, you gain access to a completely confidential ecosystem where you can be connected with potential talent or opportunities. Coaches who register will have an additional opportunity to find a job that fits their current needs. As for clubs and sports centers, Racquet-Link will be their perfect ally to find the best racquet talent for their facilities.

Registration Processes:

Through our website, you can access two registration processes: one for “Coaches” and another for “Clubs”. For Coaches, the questionnaire to create your unique profile can be completed in less than 5 minutes. This should be done with attention and detail, as it will serve as a cover letter that the team will analyze to identify a suitable offer. For Clubs, each company can create their profile in less than 3 minutes, where they can highlight confidential needs and job offers, with the aim of being connected with the best talent.

Who´s Behind Racquet-Link?

Behind this exciting project, you will find our passionate team led by Marina Martí and Álvaro González de Castejón. With our lives intertwined with racquet sports, we decided to venture into the entrepreneurial world, leaving behind years of experience in prominent companies such as Amazon and All For Padel (adidas padel). Joining us from the beginning is Javier Martí, a former professional tennis and padel player and current professional coach on the ATP and WTA circuits.
